Currently, no category exists for Cannabis related business applicants for submission to the system. As a result, each agency who performs this function must seek approval to the State to add this category type through their respective governing bodies. This will allow our agency to perform the Livescan function and transactions with State and Federal agencies. The Livingston Police Department is requesting City Council to approve this category type for Livescan transactions to support Cannabis business license applicants.
