At their regular meeting of February 15, 2011, the City Council appointed five individuals to the newly created Utility Rates Stakeholders Committee whose purpose was to review water and sewer utility rates and make recommendations regarding proposed rate increases. City Staff now desires to reactivate the committee and has contacted volunteers who have expressed an interest in serving on the committee.(Staff Report: City Council Meeting dated 02/20/18)
